Bio
Amy R. Longyear is the founder of Altivant Advisory, helping growing organizations and teams adopt AI thoughtfully and practically. Her path here wasn't a straight line: a B.A. in Anthropology gave her an early grounding in how people and cultures actually behave, and an MBA - with coursework spanning leading organizational change and technology & operations management - sharpened her focus on how organizations adopt new tools and new ways of working. Add two decades spanning enterprise sales, fractional consulting, and co-founded ventures, and a consistent thread emerges: technology only matters once it's actually solving a real problem, not just demoing well. Altivant Advisory exists to help organizations move past curiosity about AI and into adoption that actually holds - with clarity instead of guesswork.
